Description: Business Development Representative with German – GenAI Ads Solutions Location: Barcelona, Spain Employment Type: Full-time, 39 hours/week Base Salary: €30,000 gross/year On-Target Bonus: €5,175 gross/year + uncapped earning potential Key Responsibilities * Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound channels, including cold calling, email, and social selling. * Generate new business opportunities and build a strong, qualified sales pipeline. * Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis to understand clients' business and advertising objectives. * Present and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions tailored to customer needs. * Manage the sales process from prospecting through negotiation and closing. * Achieve and exceed individual revenue, conversion, and activity targets. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems such as Salesforce. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer‑success handover.



* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling additional solutions. * Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers, including senior and C‑level stakeholders.
