As an International Business Analyst specializing in Planning & Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the performance and operational excellence of our international contact centres. You will manage the analytics function by coordinating data collection, reporting, and in-depth analysis to drive informed decision-making and long-term strategic planning. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and delivertimely,accurate, and reliable daily, weekly, and monthly reportsprovidingactionable insights to stakeholders. * Analyse data related to incentive targets, call volume trends, and performance metrics to inform short-term operations and long-term strategic initiatives. * Compile,consolidate, and mine data from multiple contact centre sources and business units toprovidea comprehensive view of performance. * Collaborate with international contact centre analysts to ensure consistency and quality of analytics output.



* Support workforce planning activities through forecasting and analysis tooptimizeoperational efficiency. * Continuouslyidentifyopportunities to improve reporting processes and analytical models.
