If you enjoy customer contact, are comfortable working in an international environment and are looking for a stable position in Barcelona, this opportunity is for you No sales — just customer service Barcelona Poblenou | Hybrid Tasks Your main responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer enquiries by email and other communication channels. * Assisting customers with their loyalty accounts, miles and benefits. * Providing information about how miles can be earned, used and redeemed. * Handling and resolving enquiries related to bookings, customer accounts and loyalty programme services. * Providing clear, professional and personalised responses. * Following up on complex requests and complaints until they are resolved. * Ensuring a high-quality customer experience and contributing to member satisfaction.



* Recording and updating customer information in CRM tools. * Contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality. Requirements We are looking for someone with an excellent customer service mindset and strong communication skills. You are: * A native Dutch speaker with an excellent level of Dutch, both written and spoken. * Comfortable communicating with customers and focused on customer satisfaction. * Organised, autonomous and solution-oriented. * Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools. * Able to work in a dynamic and international environment. * Able to communicate in English at a professional level. * Previous experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, aviation or contact centres is a plus.
