Responsibilities * Create architectural designs and layouts using Vectorworks software. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and timelines. * Produce detailed architectural drawings and documentation. * Produce 3D Models and Renderings. * Conduct site visits and gather necessary data for design purposes. * Ensure adherence to project requirements, U.S building codes, and regulations. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.



* Proficiency in Vectorworks software with demonstrated experience in architectural design and documentation. * Previous experience working on residential and commercial projects. * Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality work. * Knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and regulations. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Fluency in English (both written and spoken). * Portfolio showcasing previous architectural design work.
