Mathematics, Finance, or a related field * 3+ Years of experience in Test Data Management within financial services or regulated domains * Strong proficiency in SQL and hands‐on experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, or PostgreSQL databases * Familiarity with data masking tools such as Delphix and Informatica and test data virtualization techniques * Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban * Knowledge of SIT, UAT, and regression testing phases * Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and focus on data quality * English B2 or higher with strong communication skills * Nice to have: experience supporting data compliance in banking or legal-regulated environments, knowledge of continuous testing enablement through data automation frameworks, familiarity with open-source masking or synthetic data generation tools, exposure to
