Inside the House, you'll find 56 bedrooms, warm Mediterranean-inspired club spaces, and a pool, spa, and gym in Barcelona Main Duties * Maintain and regularly update employee databases and HR records, ensuring all information is accurate, complete and up to date. * Manage employee documentation and ensure that HR files are maintained correctly and confidentially. * Support the administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes to employment details, transfers, promotions,



absences and offboarding. * Support the migration of employee information and HR data to the new Factorial HR platform. * Review, clean and validate existing employee data prior to migration. Ensure employee information is correctly transferred and maintained within the new platform. * Collaborate with the HR team and relevant stakeholders to identify and resolve data discrepancies during the migration process. * Assist employees and Managers with basic queries relating to the new HR platform. * Support employees with HR-related needs, questions and concerns, escalating matters to the HR Manager when appropriate. * Work closely and consistently with Managers across the business to understand and support their HR needs. * Act as a reliable HR partner to the business, ensuring that operational priorities and people needs are effectively balanced. * Maintain close and continuous collaboration with m
