About The Role We're looking for experienced GRC professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs — and we need practitioners who understand how security policies, compliance programs, audits, and risk management actually work inside real organizations. Your expertise won't just sit on a resume. It will directly shape how AI reasons about compliance, risk, and security — making a lasting impact on the next generation of AI systems. * Organization: Alignerr * Type: Hourly Contract * Location: Remote * Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do * Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness * Classify and evaluate real-world compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST * Assess risk statements, control mappings,



and audit-style documentation * Generate and validate high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems * Apply your professional judgment to identify nuanced gaps, misclassifications, and edge cases Who You Are * 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management * Solid familiarity with one or more frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, or similar * Comfortable reading, interpreting, and critiquing policy and audit-style documentation * Detail-oriented with precise, well-structured written reasoning * Self-motivated and able to work independently on asynchronous tasks Nice to Have * Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows xqysrnh * Background in information security, internal audit, or enterprise risk management * Experience writing or reviewing security control narratives or risk assessments Why Join Us * Work directly on frontier
