At NTT DATA, we are looking for a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to join an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) team supporting a large-scale European organization. The role will focus on the development, customization and technical evolution of SailPoint IdentityIQ, working closely with IGA experts and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: * Develop new functionalities and enhancements in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). * Develop and maintain workflows, rules and custom components using Java and BeanShell. * Develop and adapt connectors and integrations with target systems. * Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. * Troubleshoot complex IIQ issues and support the operations team in resolving development-related incidents. * Support deployments, releases, testing and technical validation. * Contribute to automation, CI/CD and continuous improvement of the IGA platform. * Maintain technical documentation and participate in knowledge-transfer activities. Requirements: * Hands‑on experience with SailPoint development and customization.



* Java and BeanShell skills. * Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations. * Experience working with Git and CI/CD tools. * Knowledge of Linux environments. * Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. * Understanding of IGA concepts such as identity lifecycle, provisioning, roles, entitlements and access certifications. * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. * Professional working proficiency in English. * Nice to have: * SailPoint certification. * Experience with Azure DevOps. * Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, Entra ID or other enterprise applications. * Experience working in complex enterprise or regulated environments.
