About This Role Euronet’s Money Transfer segment, encompassing Ria Money Transfer, Xe, and Dandelion, is seeking a forward-thinking and commercially driven Head of Crypto & Stablecoin Strategy to lead our efforts in leveraging stablecoins and blockchain infrastructure to modernize global money movement. This role is not about speculative crypto assets. It is about pragmatic, regulatory-aligned use of stablecoins to create faster,



more transparent, and lower-cost cross-border payment rails. You will work across teams to deploy blockchain-based solutions that align with compliance, unlock efficiencies, and power next-generation remittance and B2B payment experiences. Roles & Responsibilities * Strategic Ownership o Define and lead the stablecoin adoption strategy for the Money Transfer segment, focusing on real-world payment use cases. o Identify where stablecoin-powered rails can enhance speed, liquidity, and cost-effectiveness in our remittance and payout infrastructure. o Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Compliance to design and roll out stablecoin-integrated payment flows across retail, business, and API-driven services. * Execution & Enablement o Lead the evaluation and integration of blockchain networks that support stablecoins (e.g. Ethereum, Stellar, Solana, Polygon). o Define on-ramp and off-ramp mechanisms for
