About the Role As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing a well known sports brand. Key Responsibilities * Work with customers to answer product information and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way. * Put yourself in our customers shoes, analyze their problems and tailor solutions for them. * Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media. * Become an expert and brand ambassador for the brand. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.
What We’re Looking For * Fluency in Portuguese and English. * Additional languages are a plus. * A passion for helping customers. * Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy. * Strong administrative skills with an eye for details. * A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving. What We Offer * Start Date: November 16th, 2026. * Contract: Fixed-Term 4 months with posibility for extension (1 month probation). * Full-Time & Part-Time Options: 39hrs or 20hrs per week. * Available Schedules: (FT) Rotative Schedule Monday to Saturday between 9AM and 8PM // (PT) Tuesday to Friday 16:15-20:15 & Saturdays 8:45-12:45 // (PT) Monday to Friday 8:45-13:45. * Salary: €18,711 gross per year pro rated. * Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office. * Training: Full-Time Training for 8 days - 10 to 19hs Monday to Friday.
