* Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance * Building long-term relationships with potential candidates. What would make you a great candidate? * Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar. * High level of English (spoken and written). * Team-player, detail-oriented, organized and good communication skills. * Passion for the IT world.
