Your challenge & roles: - Footwear Design Assistant - Innovation & Trend Contributor - Quality & Performance Support Your responsibilities: Footwear Design Assistant - Assist in the footwear design process, from concept ideation to production-ready designs - Create and manage all footwear TechPacks - Build colour TechPacks based on the team’s requests and direction. - Create and compile detailed sample comments to communicate prototype revisions and next steps to suppliers. - Contribute to Colour Proposals for all Footwear - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and production, to ensure alignment with brand vision and strategy.
