In Barcelona, we're growing a new team focused on IT Talent Sourcing & Lead Generation , combining recruitment and commercial development in an international environment.
Your role
As an IT Talent Sourcing & Lead Generation Intern , you'll join our recruitment and commercial team and get hands-on experience in both sides of the business.
You'll work alongside experienced consultants, learning how the 360° recruitment model works from the ground up.
Your mission will be simple:

- Find and attract great IT talent
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Learn how to turn conversations into successful placements
No previous recruitment experience is required. What matters most is your attitude, ambition and willingness to learn .
What you'll be doing

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases
- Write engaging messages and approach candidates directly
- Screen candidates and take part in interviews
- Build and grow your professional network within the tech ma
