High-Level Overview of the Role
EHS specialist is responsible for the following activities in Spain and LATAM:
- Ensuring our clients are informed of key EHS legislative changes;
- Updating our legal database on a quarterly basis;
- Drafting summaries of new or amending legislation and regulatory changes for publication;
- Undertaking site visits or calls with new clients to identify EHS risks associated with their activities as part of the onboarding process;




- Preparing and delivering tailored new client legal registers;
- Supporting the marketing and sales with technical assistance;
- Drafting regulatory assistance responses for clients;
- Collaborating with the European and International Teams on international projects.

In addition, the Senior EHS specialist is responsible for:
- Managing complex deliveries, special projects and Proof of Concepts for the ELAT Team;
- Lead Quality Check processes for projects, deliveries and quarterly updates;
- Coordinate with other internal teams for timely management of processes;
- Mentoring and participating in training of new team members;
- Communicating and providing feedback to manager about the team cohesion and new member onboarding.
