Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive adoption of ZOLL's wearable defibrillator and cardiac diagnostic services within hospital and non-hospital settings. You collaborate with clinicians and staff, delivering clinical data and education to promote device utilization and billing readiness. You act as a product and clinical expert, supporting regional sales objectives and sustaining long-term relationships. The position blends field sales with medical education activities to improve patient outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Sell the wearable cardiac defibrillator (WCD) and ZOLL Cardiac Diagnostic products to healthcare professionals in hospital and outpatient settings
• Lead initial sales calls and ongoing support activities including Local Medical Education Programs, tradeshows, and clinical symposia
• Educate clinicians on patient indications, ordering, and billing requirements for the WCD and ZOLL Patient Management System (ZPM)
• Maintain and grow a territory by managing accounts, preparing reports, and executing business plans
• Attend medical education programs, exhibitions,



and conferences to promote products
• Develop expertise on ZOLL products and relevant industry trends; maintain credentialing/access to accounts
• Apply Customer Centric Selling and Integrity Selling skills; foster collaborative relationships with partners
• Analyze territory trends and ensure timely filing of billing claims and reimbursements
• Communicate and share information openly within the team and with stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of sales experience in medical equipment or healthcare sales; or 5 years in healthcare sales with relevant experience
• Cardiology experience preferred
• Valid state driver's license
• Credentialing/access privileges in assigned accounts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to reside within the assigned territory
• Sales track record or demonstrated ability to meet sales expectations
