Responsibilities * Act as an HR Business Partner for the revenue organization in Spain and integral functional business units * Support and enable OKRs and Workforce Planning * Steward performance management and day-to-day people topics * Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters * Provide hands‑on HR support across areas such as employee relations, compensation, development, and organizational topics * Participate in international People projects and contribute to HR programs rollout * Support the day‑to‑day management of the office environment and drive employee engagement Requirements * Proven experience as an HR Business Partner * Excellent people management skills * Analytical and goal oriented * Thorough knowledge of Spanish labor legislation * Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices * Strong collaboration skills * BS degree in Human Resources or related field * Fluency in Spanish and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
