* Own global operational alert communication—ensuring clarity, consistency, and enablement of timely and effective decision-making across the network. * Act as a central coordination point for global requests—reviewing, guiding, structuring consistent responses across all of our offices. * Shape and continuously improve how we communicate across the general network. * Drive alignment across functions and regions on standards, priorities, and messaging. * Enable execution through structured content and tools (e.g. SharePoint, templates, content organization). * Contribute as an SME to projects and initiatives, bringing solution-oriented thinking and hands-on execution. Requirements * Experience in an operational role within specialized logistics (healthcare preferred)
