expatriates/impatriates, international mobility) * Social Security settlements (RNT/RLC) * Drafting contracts, extensions, addenda, settlements and terminations * Applying and interpreting collective bargaining agreements (multi-agreement environments) * Advanced labour advisory with frequent communication in English * Filing tax forms 111 and 190 * Preparing documentation for inspections, audits and due diligence * Labour management for foreign employees in Spain * Providing technical support and mentoring junior team members What we’re looking for * Degree in Labour Relations, Labour Law, Law, or a similar field * Solid experience in consultancy/professional services or within an in-house labour department * Proficiency in A3NOM or similar payroll software * Proven experience managing Spanish payroll and Spanish labour regulations, including the application and interpretation of Spanish collective barga
