Our client, an international company in the technology of nautical sector in Mallorca, is seeking a part-time Human Resources Manager fluent in both Spanish and English for their office in Calvià. This role will report directly to the Managing Director. The main responsibilities will include: * Working closely with management and employees to improve labor relations, increase productivity, and strengthen talent retention. * Reporting to management and providing decision-making support through HR metrics and guidance on HR policies. * Ensuring legal compliance in all human resources management. * Developing and overseeing general HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. * Acting as a liaison between management and employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, and other issues. * Identify the training needs of teams and individuals and oversee training programs delivered by the relevant department or the training department. * Participate in the recruitment and selection process, either directly or through specialized partners.
