Responsibilities * Company building: Join the core team and help establish deinetuete as a leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to-go packaging in Europe. * Customer service: Support our customers with questions about orders, delivery times, invoices, products and general inquiries — friendly, solution-oriented and reliable. * Backoffice & Administration: Assist in day-to-day operations, maintain clear structures, coordinate internal processes and ensure tasks are completed reliably. * Accounting: Support preparatory accounting tasks, review documents, prepare invoices and receipts, and work closely with our tax advisor and internal contacts. * Founders Associate: Work directly with executive management, prepare topics, coordinate tasks, research information and help implement operational decisions more quickly. * Process development: Identify recurring issues, help design improved workflows and contribute to making our company more efficient, structured and scalable.
