Description: Job Description: A position as a Supply Chain and Quality Manager (SCQM) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Tablada (Sevilla) The successful applicant will join the Supply Chain and Quality department in the Composite and Metallic Detail Parts team as part of the Procurement Organization. Mission: * The SCQM Leads the End-to-End Supply Chain Operations and Quality Management and acts as Supply Chain Industrial, Operations and Quality leader for all the suppliers under the applicable scope * The mission is applicable to all Programs: A400M, MRTT, L&M;, EFA, Aerostructures and any new developments such as Eurodrone. RESPONSABILITIES: * Represents Airbus Defence and Space in front of Suppliers * Ensures the Industrial Maturity and Quality / Operational performance of Suppliers. * Represents procurement organization in the associated Multi-Functional Team and in front of Authorities during Audits and Assessments. * Leads the deployment of Airbus DS Quality and Supply Chain requirements in suppliers and for the main ADS programs.



* The SCQM is in charge and/or participates in: * Call For Tender process from the Operational and Quality points of view. * New Products Introduction, Transfer of Work, Industrial Changes, Modifications, Assessments * APQP deployment in suppliers * Risk & Opportunities Management * Management of Quality Escapes and all type of non-conformities, leading all the associated activities with internal and external stakeholders * Leading the root case analysis and associated actions plans from both a corrective and preventative point of view * Qualifications and Certifications surveillance * First Article Inspection * Supplier Performance & Surveillance * Deployment of Procurement Tools in the supplier SKILLS: We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: * Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline. * Negotiation level communication skills in English and Spanish is re
