Holcim+Concrete provides 3 main tools : a customer application, a driver application, and a dispatch web application. Summary Of The Job The Project and Innovation Manager, Holcim+Concrete acts as the key liaison between product development teams and country stakeholders to ensure successful solution design, build and deployment of Holcim+ Concrete. * RMX expert within the Product team * key point of contact for Countries team for product and RMX process related questions Main Activities / Responsibilities * Innovation and product design:



o Participating to product vision elaboration as well a development priorisation o in charge of overseeing product features developments (incremental changes as well as bigger design changes) o Main point of contact with UX/UI team of the product to co-design product and features and validate changes o In the rollout process, for each new country, acting as product expert on existing features and possible configuration. * Requirements & Testing: o Capture business needs, "translate" them into specifications, share with Project and Scrum teams. o Organize and coordinate standalone and integrated testing. o Demo and support countries in driver app settings with local hardwares * Training & Go-Live: o Plan and support user training and onboarding. o Ensure countries are equipped for adoption and transition. * Stakeholder Collaboration: o Act as key point of contact for RMX countries team on product and RMX process related questions
