Role & Responsibilities You will be part of our Finance Operations based in Barcelona. On a day to day basis you will:



* Make sure past events have the correct final amounts from each supplier and are correctly invoiced to Clients * Provide clear answers to Clients/Suppliers when they have questions about invoices, purchase orders and payments. * Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes * Manage cancellations and event postponements * Participate in the improvement of internal processes * Recruit, onboard, and train junior team members Compensation & Benefits * Package : 30000€ to 40000€ depending on experience * Alan health insurance: 100% coverage for the employee alone (no coverage for spouse or child) * Cobee card credited each month with €150 to cover transport and meal expenses * Sports subscription with Classpass * Occasional remote: 1 day per week once probation period is approved * Beautiful offices in the center of Barcelona * Top-notch work equipment (MacBook) * Events that bring our team together Idóneo Candidate * You have 2+ years of experience in a Finance / Billing
