* Co-own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of Preply’s flagship and large-scale events, such as One Preply, Chapter Offsites, and monthly community moments. * Take hands‑on ownership of event execution, with primary responsibility for organising and delivering events in our Barcelona hub, while supporting delivery across London and Kyiv. * Define, manage, and continuously evolve the community event strategy across all Preply hubs, ensuring consistency, quality, and room for local experimentation. * Translate Preply’s mission (Powering people’s progress), principles, and business priorities into engaging, high‑quality event experiences. * Plan and manage all operational aspects of events: timelines, logistics, run‑of‑show, venues, vendors, and on‑site delivery. * Act as a key operational decision‑maker during live events, ensuring smooth execution and excellent participant experience. * Partner cross‑functionally with People teams, Employer Brand, and other stakeholders to align events with company priorities. * Manage event budgets, suppliers, and tools,
