Day-to-day responsibilities

- Welcoming customers, receiving their watches and jewelry items, and carefully logging them for workshop repair.

- Handing back serviced items to clients and answering routine questions regarding care and basic maintenance.

- Performing simple on-site interventions directly at the stand, including watch battery replacements.

- Adjusting metal bracelets and sizing straps accurately according to customer preferences.





- Maintaining an orderly workstation and ensuring clear documentation during intake and collection.

Requirements and assets

- Essential prior experience or formal training in customer service and direct public interaction.

- Careful and attentive handling when working with delicate personal items such as watches and jewelry.

- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and courteously with every customer.

- Knowledge of languages is considered an advantage, helping you assist international visitors across Palma.

- Enthusiasm to learn practical tasks, as prior specialized watchmaking experience is not mandatory.

The company provides comprehensive support from day one, including the necessary initial training in watchmaking basics so that you can comfortably perform battery changes and bracelet adjustments. This opening is offered with a temporary contract and a net salary of 1,000 euros per month. xcskxlj You will work from Monday to Saturday on an intensive 6-hour shift schedule with rotating morning and afternoon shifts, allowing for a structured routine on the island.
