and contribute to making our company more efficient, structured and scalable. Requirements * Native German speaker. * Outgoing and communicative: You are a strong communicator and can quickly build relationships by phone, email or in person. * Long-term customer relationships are a matter of course for you. * Business administration knowledge: You hold a degree in business administration (BWL) or a comparable field and have practical experience. * Structured & self-reliant working style: You are well organized, work independently and keep an overview of your tasks and goals — even in a dynamic startup environment. * Digital affinity: You are proficient with CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive), MS Office and digital tools. * Passion for the shared project: You are resilient, reliable, always keep the big picture in mind, enjoy solving challenges successfully and are willing to go the extra mile for our joint success.
