What you will do * Be the first point of contact for potential business clients * Create strong first impressions and build long-term client relationships * Identify opportunities to grow and develop a portfolio of customers * Act as a trusted advisor on cloud-based solutions * Drive revenue growth through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities * Collaborate with technical and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions * Collect and share customer feedback to improve products and services Requirements * Dutch: C1–C2 (fluent/native) * English: B2 * 1–2 years of experience in IT sales OR customer service experience (both are valid) * Proven ability in managing clients, accounts, or sales targets * Strong communication and relationship-building skills Nice to have: * Experience with Microsoft cloud products (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365) * Microsoft certifications (Azure / Modern Workplace / BizApps) Working Schedule * Monday to Friday * 09:00 – 18:00 Salary & Benefits * Base salary: €25,000 gross/year * Performance bonus: €4,800 gross/year * Private medical insurance * Full paid training (company & products) * Spanish employment contract * Relocation package included (details will be discussed during interview) * Modern office in Benalmádena Costa, near the beach * Additio
