Leading international insurance and financial services group. * Shape, develop and evolve group-wide Leadership & Talent Development solutions, including development programmes, frameworks, feedback and assessment approaches, and digital learning solutions that strengthen leadership capabilities and support Talent growth across the Group * Take end-to-end ownership of selected Leadership & Talent Development initiatives, from needs analysis and concept development through stakeholder alignment, implementation and continuous improvement * Facilitate and deliver Leadership and Talent development programmes, workshops and learning experiences, ensuring impactful learning and practical application * Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners,
