Responsibilities * Planning and executing communication campaigns * Content creation (press releases, articles, social media, newsletters) * Media engagement and event organisation * Reporting campaign results * Coordinating communication actions across Europe Requirements * English & Spanish C2 level (proficiency) is MANDATORY, both oral and written – no certificate necessary, but we will test your skills in the interview process. * Proficiency in MS Office – no certificate necessary, but we will test your skills in the interview process. * Experience in marketing or media agencies (at least 5 years). Track record of campaigns, media engagement or relevant communication actions. * Strategic mindset and understanding of communication activities. You know how to plan communication campaigns from beginning to end, covering ideation, budget, development,



implementation and reporting. * High proficiency in at least one of the following fields : website development & management (WordPress Avada Themes), social media management (Hootsuite, SEMRUSH or similar platforms, organic and paid strategies), graphic design (Adobe Programmes), or video editing (Premiere or similar programmes). * Education in communication, marketing, public relations, journalism (or similar). Master’s degree level or relevant internships. Bonus Points * Knowledge of EU Projects Dissemination and Communication tools (Horizon Europe, etc). * Other languages and international experience: professional or during education/training.
