* Cardiovascular & Endovascular * 1/2 Spain Multinational MedTech company * Driving new business as well as increasing penetration in existing accounts. * Achieve regional sales plan through leadership, coaching, and strategic account planning. * Define and monitor regional KPIs (sales growth, market share, tender performance, profitability). * Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge, understanding related clinical data, competitive product knowledge, & overall industry trends. * Support the team in developing new business opportunities and expanding account coverage within the region. * Applies strategic and commercial acumen to optimize regional performance and drive growth initiatives, to guide team decisions * Conduct joint field visits with Account Managers to support strategic customer relationships and team development. * Effective partner with leadership, cross-functional teams, & field-based counterparts (Regional Directors, Associate Territory Managers, CET Team, Marketing Product Managers, Key Account Directors, Sr. Leaders, etc.).
