At NTT DATA, we are looking for a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Administrator – IGA to join an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) team supporting a large-scale European organization. Key Responsibilities: * Provide L2 operational support for SailPoint IdentityIQ. * Manage and resolve incidents, service requests and operational tasks related to the IGA platform. * Monitor SailPoint IIQ platform health, scheduled tasks and identity processes. * Support provisioning and deprovisioning processes and investigate provisioning failures. * Support access certification campaigns and other access governance activities. * Analyze alerts, logs and operational issues and perform initial troubleshooting. * Escalate complex technical issues to the SailPoint development team or IGA Lead when required. * Support testing, releases and platform changes from an operational perspective. * Maintain operational procedures, runbooks and technical documentation. * Participate in knowledge-transfer and continuous improvement activities. Requirements:



* Experience providing L2 support or administration of SailPoint or similar IAM/IGA platforms. * Good understanding of Identity Governance & Administration concepts, including identity lifecycle, provisioning, roles, entitlements and access certifications. * Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP. * Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or similar. * Good troubleshooting and incident management skills. * Professional working proficiency in English. * Nice to have: * Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. * Basic knowledge of Linux and SQL. * Experience with ServiceNow. * Knowledge of Entra ID and hybrid identity environments. * SailPoint certification. * Experience working in complex enterprise or regulated environments.
