As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Integration Project Specialist to join our M&A; team. The position is expected to start in January 2027. Main Responsibilities * Support the process of integrating newly acquired companies or businesses into the Palex Group. * Work to ensure a smooth transition and alignment of processes, systems, and cultures between the acquired company and Palex. * Manage the change; assess the company culture, mitigate adverse effects, and assess cultural issues. * Plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a project. * Work with senior management to identify synergy and value enhancing opportunities. * Supervise multiple teams (internal and external), tracking project deliverables and coordinating project work. * Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports,



conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets. * Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables. * Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization. * On some projects, where applicable, manage the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. What You Bring * At least 2 to 3 years at a multinational company with experience in consulting and/or project management. Specialization in merger and/or integration is a big plus. * A fluent level of English (written and spoken) is required. Other European languages are a big plus. * Highly proficient user of Microsoft Office. * Excellent analytical skills. * Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required to build strong, sustainable and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. * Self-starter
