and experienceDrive innovation with a proactive mindsetWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.ResponsibilitiesYour role as a Project Manager will involve:Project ManagementPlanning, production, and execution of events that strengthen IE’s visibility and align with institutional objectives.Process ImprovementOptimize project management processes by improving tools and workflows.Resource ManagementManage project timelines and resources efficiently.Performance TrackingTrack project performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.Event CoordinationSupervise creative and logistical processes from concept to delivery.Manage key events on-site, ensuring smooth execution.Stakeholder CommunicationCoordinate with internal departments and external partners (agencies and suppliers) to ensure alignment and quality delivery.Ensure consistency with IE’s brand identity and culture when proposing ideas or initiatives.QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Must-haveExperience of managing agencies and suppliersProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsCapability to handle tasks at different levelsGood Communication skills within the TeamExperience using project management toolsExcellent communication skills in English (C1 level or above).
