About The Role

As our Accountant Supervisor, you will serve as the financial backbone of Wolfiek — a fast-scaling European airgun group with global ambitions.

This is not a traditional corporate controller seat. It is a high-trust, high-autonomy role designed for a hands-on finance professional who combines accounting expertise, legal awareness, and operational structure. You will directly manage our financial health — overseeing cash flow, compliance, contracts, and company policies — while partnering with the founders to steer the company toward profitable growth.

You will guide a Treasury Analyst and a Billing Analyst, with the authority and resources to scale the finance team and bring in external advisors as we expand.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;): Drive forecasting, budgeting, P&L; management, margin analysis, and financial planning cycles.

- Cash Flow & Treasury: Oversee daily liquidity, manage cash flow, and ensure optimal working capital.

- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Lead local Spanish accounting practices (SL structure) and end-to-end bookkeeping operations.

- Operations & Admin: Oversee employment and freelance contracts, manage payroll coordination, and enforce internal company policies.

- Regulatory & Legal Compliance:



Coordinate with external legal advisors to manage EU VAT models, e-commerce law, data protection, terms & conditions, and cross-border trade compliance (EU/US).

What We Are Looking For

-

- Experience: 3+ years in accounting and finance, preferably within e-commerce, consumer goods, or product-based businesses.

- Systems & ERP: Hands-on, proven experience with Odoo ERP.

- Regional Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Spanish SL corporate structures, local tax laws, and EU VAT frameworks.

- Regulatory Compliance: Experience or strong comfort coordinating legal advisors on e-commerce compliance, customs, import/export, and consumer regulations.

- Languages: Business-level fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).

- Mindset: Structured, process-driven, and comfortable making high-trust decisions in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in highly regulated e-commerce verticals (e.g., airguns, finance, medical).

- Familiarity with Shopify, Holded, or similar e-commerce financial tech stacks.

- Prior experience handling Spanish e-commerce standards and trade compliance.
