Industrialization Project Manager
with strong expertise in
engines and mechanical components
to join our international projects.

What Will You Do?
- Manage complex industrial projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between Engineering, Production, Manufacturing and external suppliers, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project.
- Support and supervise manufacturing and industrialization activities related to gearbox production, identifying opportunities for process optimization and operational improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor project progress and identify potential risks, defining and implementing appropriate mitigation actions.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and in accordance with technical specifications and quality requirements.
- Manage product and manufacturing process changes throughout the project lifecycle, assessing their impact on project objectives.
- Monitor and manage technical and production-related issues, coordinating the relevant stakeholders to minimize their impact on project execution.
- Work closely with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Support the launch and improvement of production lines and manufacturing processes related to transmission components.

Requirements:
- English: fluent.
- 5+ years of experience
in the automotive industry
- Strong experience with
Gearbox / Transmission systems
- Experience in
Manufacturing & Industrialization
- Proven
Industrial Project Management
experience
- Experience coordinating
cross-functional teams and suppliers
- Degree in
Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering
- Knowledge of Powertrain systems is highly valued
