WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Own the governance process.
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Coordinate stakeholders across different teams.
- Drive root cause analysis and improvement actions.
- Maintain procedures and standards.
- Govern process ownership, compliance and continual improvement.
- Monitor KPI performance.
- Escalate service risks and challenge non-compliance.
