We’re seeking a
Senior Affiliate Manager
to lead and scale our affiliate programme across Europe and Asia. This is a remote B2B engagement opportunity in a high‑growth AI environment.

? Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing affiliate relationships.
- Recruit and develop new affiliates and business partners.
- Monitor traffic, conversions, ROI, and campaign results.
- Analyse affiliate‑level profitability and funnel performance.
- Optimise campaigns to improve commercial performance and conversion rates.
- Continuously refine affiliate processes and communication.
- Respond to changes in traffic and conversion performance.
- Support programme scaling through data‑driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency across channels.

? Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or management.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proven track record in managing and growing affiliate partnerships.




- Strong experience in affiliate recruitment and profitability analysis.
- Skilled with affiliate tracking and reporting platforms.
- Understanding of media buying, paid social, SEO, and performance marketing.
- Commercial mindset with focus on performance.
- Hands‑on, proactive approach with strong ownership.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑moving environments and reprioritise quickly.
- Comfortable advertising and working with uncensored/NSFW products.
