HR Generalist
to join our client's People team on a temporary basis. If you have a solid HR administration background and enjoy keeping processes running smoothly, this could be your next step.

What you’ll do
- Run the company’s training cycle end to end: registrations, attendance control, course evaluations and management of training grants.
- Manage a fleet of around 70 company vehicles together with external suppliers, assisting drivers in Spain and Portugal with car replacements and any incidents.
- Act as the point of contact for external partners such as temporary staffing agencies and CAE (coordination of business activities) platforms.
- Review, process and track HR invoices according to internal procedures.




- Keep employee files up to date, including contracts and other administrative paperwork.
- Make sure records are properly archived and handled in line with labour law and data protection regulations.
- Help keep HR procedures and the employee database current.

What we’re looking for
- Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations or a similar discipline.
- At least 2 years in an HR administration position.
- Solid understanding of payroll and personnel administration processes.
- Well organised, able to plan ahead and juggle several tasks at once.
- Advanced English (b2+ level or equivalent) and good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with Workday is a plus.

Location: Parets del Vallès, 2 days remote

Salary: 30-34000 euros + social benefits
