HR Generalist
to join a leading multinational company within the
pharmaceutical industry
for a
12-month temporary contract
based in
Barcelona.

We are looking for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working closely with employees and managers and is comfortable managing a broad range of HR topics in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key
HR point of contact for employees and managers
, providing guidance on day-to-day people matters.
- Manage and support the
full employee lifecycle
, including onboarding, contractual changes, internal movements and offboarding.
- Coordinate HR administration and ensure employee information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Support
recruitment and onboarding
activities in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Participate in
performance management, talent development and employee engagement
initiatives.
- Support compensation, benefits and payroll-related processes.
- Provide guidance on
employee relations and Spanish labour regulations
.




- Prepare and monitor relevant
HR reports and KPIs
.
- Participate in local and international
HR projects
, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

What Are We Looking For?
- University degree in
Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration
or a related field.
- Previous experience as an
HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Good knowledge of
Spanish labour legislation
.
- Experience across different areas of the employee lifecycle.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and international environment.
- Fluent Spanish and English
.
- Previous experience within the
pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences industry
will be highly valued.
