What We Look For

Language Requirements: Fluency in English or Spanish is required. Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., French, German, Swedish, Dutch, Russian) is a distinct advantage when working with international buyers and sellers.
Autonomous Status: Registered as Autónomo in Spain (or ready to set it up).
Digital Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and social media platforms.
Experience: Prior real estate, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required if you have the drive to succeed.
