We are looking for a
Senior Microsoft Developer
to design, develop and maintain innovative, scalable digital solutions, largely within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will contribute to a future-proof enterprise IT landscape for a division of 16 companies within the group.
You will join a newly formed functional domain Scrum team in the Barcelona office, driving technological impact in a production-focused environment. Depending on your profile, the team will be one of: Production, Supply Chain, Sales & Engineering, AfterSales or Finance. Final team placement is decided during the hiring process.
What you'll do
Build & innovate
- Develop and maintain applications and tools using Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Copilot Studio and SSRS, as well as Python and SQL.
- Innovate and experiment with emerging technologies like AI agents.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a unified enterprise IT architecture.
Deliver as a team
- Collaborate within your domain Scrum team to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment activities.
Own quality
- Support and enhance existing systems, ensuring performance, reliability and usability.
- Deliver robust, maintainable code aligned with business requirements and agile principles.
- Ensure data integrity, security and compliance in the solutions you build.
- Keep clear documentation and share knowledge within the team.
- Optimise flow, implement the right technology at the right time, and be willing to debate and iterate to find the best solution.
What you bring
Must-have
- Higher education degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in software development within the Microsoft ecosystem, with a deep understanding of programming and the Microsoft technology stack.
