Your Role

Own the AI architecture for Capgemini's largest and most strategic client programmes. As a Managing AI Architect / Principal AI Architect, you will be accountable for the architecture of complex, multi-workstream AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI programmes from pursuit through to production, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable,



cost-effective and aligned to measurable business outcomes.

• Own end-to-end AI architecture across foundation models, RAG and knowledge systems, AI agents and orchestration, data and integration platforms, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, and MLOps/LLMOps capabilities.

• Lead AI solution shaping for strategic pursuits, defining architecture, delivery approaches, effort estimations, risks, differentiators and commercial assumptions.

• Advise CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and senior business stakeholders on AI strategy, platform selection and enterprise AI roadmaps across Azure, AWS, GCP and the broader AI ecosystem.

• Act as Design Authority, establishing reference architectures, governance standards and guardrails covering security, privacy, Responsible AI and regulatory compliance.
