- Identification and definition of business strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Responsible for the financial IT system, finance and accounting professionals who perform operational and the economics resources made available to ensure the achievement of established deliverables.
- Determine finance KPIs and participate in the definition of financial reports for decision making and recommendations on corrective measures.
- Control of general accounting, taxation, preparation of annual accounts and analyze the market trends in order to anticipate business difficulties and develop solutions.
- Make mid and long-term forecasts and define projections in order to provide a vision for the future.
- Promote budgetary control to achieve the established objectives.
- Overseeing financial systems implementations and upgrades.
- Managing relationships with investors and investment institutions.
