Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives and define supplier strategies aligned with therapy area business needs
- Build stakeholder alignment across Clinical Operations, Therapy Areas, and enabling functions
- Implement agreed strategies and oversee adoption of consistent ways of working
- Establish and monitor supplier performance tracking mechanisms to identify optimization opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement in vendor strategy, outsourcing models, and cross-functional processes

Requirements




- Practical experience with clinical study outsourcing models (full-service, functional, FSP) or technology supplier solutions
- Proven track record leading complex cross-functional strategic projects with senior stakeholders globally
- Deep understanding of Clinical Operations, R&D; Procurement, Quality, Finance, and IT functions
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, stakeholder management, and influencing capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Experience driving change, implementation, and business improvement initiatives
