As a German-Speaking Google Ads Sales Manager, you will manage end-to-end outbound sales operations.



Targeting the DACH e-commerce sector—a market of approximately 30,000 prospective online stores—you will deploy multi-touch outbound workflows, connect with senior executive stakeholders, deliver diagnostic account audits, and close new business contracts. Success in this role demands an active, structured prospecting cadence combined with the domain authority required to discuss Google Ads performance metrics authoritatively with e-commerce founders and marketing directors.
Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: Oversee prospects through every sales stage—including outbound lead generation, initial discovery calls, formal sales presentations, proposal delivery, and deal signing.
Execute integrated outreach sequences (Phone, Email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) using targeted cold-email funnels and structured phone follow-ups.
Account-Based Lead Generation: Identify, build, and segment target account lists of DACH e-commerce brands, delivering highly tailored outreach campaigns.
