NTT DATA is looking for an dynamic, business-oriented, and technically minded Business Analyst - Magento to join the DES Commerce Cluster and support the delivery, enhancement, and optimization of our general eCommerce platforms, to work on remote for an International Company. Your role requires a combination of strong business analysis capabilities, Agile delivery experience, technical understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, and a continuous improvement mindset. Your responsibilities: * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for eCommerce initiatives and platform enhancements. * Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and backlog items. * Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to identify opportunities, challenges, and business priorities. * Ensure alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technical solutions. * Create and maintain business process documentation and supporting artifacts. * Support requirement validation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
