Senior Observability Engineer (AI-Driven Monitoring & Automation) Are you passionate about observability, enterprise infrastructure, and leveraging AI to transform IT operations? We're looking for a Senior Observability Engineer to join a integral team building a next-generation observability platform powered by AI and Big Data. The mission is to predict, prevent, and analyze complex disruptions across large-scale enterprise environments while delivering end-to-end visibility across applications, networks, and infrastructure. You'll work closely with international teams across Europe, helping shape the future of observability through automation, advanced monitoring, and AI-driven operational insights. What You'll Do * Understand business and technical observability requirements from internal stakeholders. * Manage and oversee external managed service providers and vendors. * Take end-to-end ownership of the observability ecosystem, including: * Tool development and automation * Operational monitoring * Work with technologies such as:



* Grafana * Gigamon * Traffic Broker * Cisco * ThousandEyes * ELK Stack * Identify new ways to generate business value from monitoring and operational data. * Drive AI adoption and automation within observability processes. * Collaborate with globally distributed teams to improve visibility, reliability, and performance across enterprise environments. What We’re Looking For Required * Strong understanding of enterprise IT architectures * Solid networking and infrastructure background * Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as: * APM o Dynatrace * NPM o NetScout * Infrastructure Monitoring o CheckMK o ELK o Splunk * Experience managing vendors and external service providers * Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate observability or operational processes * Knowledge of concepts such as: * o AI Agents o MCP Servers o AI-assisted automation workflows * Professional English proficiency * Bachelor's or Master's degr
