Candid Tails is a nutraceutical company focused on the health of dogs, cats and horses. We sell our products exclusively through veterinary clinics in Spain, Benelux, Italy, Ireland, and more. We are in a growth phase.

We are looking for someone to join our commercial team in Madrid as a BD & Sales Intern, focused on Spain and Portugal. This is a paid position, based in our Madrid office, with hands-on learning in B2B sales in the veterinary sector.

Responsibilities

- Contact veterinary clinics in Spain and Portugal by phone and email to present our product range.
- Manage and keep our CRM (HubSpot) up to date: call logging, contact follow-up and opportunities.
- Follow up with interested clinics and with customers who have stopped reordering.
- Support the relationship with distributors and the field sales team.




- Collaborate on commercial actions and the preparation of sales materials.

Requirements

- Fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish (spoken and written). Essential.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or similar. (University Anex required)
- Strong phone and written communication skills, and ease in dealing with professionals.
- Proactive, organized and eager to learn sales.
- Availability to work on-site in Madrid, full time.
