We are looking for an In-house Lawyer (Transactions) who, based in Madrid, will provide legal support to the different internal stakeholders across M&A;, development, financing and other transactional matters, as part of the group’s Legal Team in a truly international environment. Responsibilities * Support on M&A;, financing, development and other transactional matters. * Support on drafting, reviewing and negotiation of transaction documentation, including NDAs, exclusivity agreements, NBOs, BOs, sale and purchase agreements, financing agreements, construction agreements and management agreements.



* Provide post-closing legal support to business teams, including compliance with transaction documents, post-closing obligations and enforcement of rights under transaction documents. * Contribute to the establishment and improvement of legal processes, legal technology and AI tools. * Support the Legal Department on a broad range of matters in a fast-growing international business. Requirements * Law degree required. * 3-5 years of relevant experience gained at a leading law firm and/or multinational company. * Experience in M&A; and corporate real estate transactions, financing and cross-border transactions. * Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
