Role Description The Vision Chain is seeking a Crypto Investment & Portfolio Associate to support digital-asset research, portfolio analysis, and investment strategy across cryptocurrency markets and blockchain-related opportunities. This role combines financial analysis with an understanding of blockchain technology to assess market trends, evaluate digital assets, and identify opportunities within the evolving crypto ecosystem. The successful candidate will research investment themes, analyze project fundamentals, monitor portfolio performance, and assess risk while translating complex market developments into actionable insights.

The position is suited to an analytical professional interested in cryptocurrency markets, portfolio management, and the practical applications of blockchain technology across financial services and supply chain innovation.

Responsibilities





- Research cryptocurrencies, blockchain projects, digital assets, and emerging investment opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, tokenomics, project fundamentals, valuations, and long-term growth potential.
- Support portfolio construction, asset allocation, diversification, and investment strategy development.
- Monitor portfolio performance, market movements, liquidity, volatility, and risk exposure.
- Conduct due diligence on crypto projects, blockchain companies, and digital-asset investment opportunities.
- Evaluate developments in DeFi, tokenization, smart contracts, and blockchain-based financial infrastructure.
- Prepare investment briefs, portfolio updates, market reports, and presentations for internal decision-making.
- Track macroeconomic trends, regulatory developments, and institutional activity affecting crypto markets.
- Identify investment themes connecting blockchain innovation with logistics, supply chains, and enterprise technology.
- Collaborate with research, technology, and business teams to assess opportunities and communicate investment insights.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in investment research, portfolio analysis, financial services, fintech, or digital assets is preferred.




- Strong interest in cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and investment strategy.
- Understanding of financial analysis, asset valuation, portfolio diversification, and risk management.
- Familiarity with Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi, tokenomics, and digital-asset market dynamics.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to evaluate opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with financial modeling or portfolio analytics is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or blockchain data analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to present complex findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Degree or studies in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Compensation

€75,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and the scope of the role.
